We will always try to find the best solution for you if there is a problem. Should we, however, be unable to find a solution, the court of Denmark will have exclusive jurisdiction.
PRICES
Prices are calculated from Danish kr. and are estimates. All prices have 25 % tax included.
If you are from outside EU, the 25 % tax will be withdrawn before payment. VAT and customs will be added when the package reaches the border of your country.
Shipping costs will be added and calculated when you enter your country at check-out.
PAYMENT
Payment can only be made by credit card. We will withdraw the amount when we ship the items.
Nicoline Hansen uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
THE PRODUCT
All products are cut and assembled by hand by our artisans in Denmark. When you order the product, we make it for you. It normally takes around 28 days before we dispatch the product. It might take longer in busy periods – if so, we will contact you. Please also see the dispatch time in the footer.
We can make the product to fit your size. Please let us know, and we will make a quote.
We would also love to meet you and help you with the size in our office in Denmark or by email.
ALLERGIES
The latex we use complies with international medical standards and should not cause allergy.
However, residual proteins and chemicals in natural latex may cause an allergic reaction in a very small number of people. If you are susceptible to allergies caused by latex, you are advised not to come into contact with this product.
DELIVERY
We send the products for you anywhere in the world with insured and trackable postal service. We will email you the details when we ship it. The price for shipping is calculated when you enter your country at the check-out. It is also possible to pick it up from our office in Denmark.
RETURNS – Standard Size
If you order a standard size, you have 14 days to return the product from the day you received it. Please write us an email if you decide to send it back.
You are responsible for the product during the period you have it in your custody and should make sure that it is returned safely by trackable shipping paid by you. If the product is damaged or used, you will not get a full refund.
You can try the product in the same way that you would in a physical store.
RETURNS – Bespoke Size
If the product is made to your measure, it will not be possible to return it.
We may agree that the Bespoke Product requires further fitting or customization work, whether due to your requirements or due to any error or miscalculation on our part. Send us an email and we will help you.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you return a product to us because it is faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the price of the product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
You must notify us of any defect in the garment or mistake in your order within 14 days of receiving your order – otherwise, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
You have 24 months of warranty. You must complain within two months after you have discovered the defect.
