GENERAL

I am dedicated to finding the best solution if you should encounter any issues. If ultimately, we are unable to reach a conclusion to your satisfaction, the court of Denmark has exclusive jurisdiction.

PRICES
Prices are calculated from EUR and are estimates. All prices have 25 % tax included.
If you are shopping from outside the EU, the 25 % tax will be withdrawn before payment. Nationally required VAT and customs will be added when the package reaches the border of your country.
Shipping costs will be added and calculated when you enter your country at check-out.

 

PAYMENT
Payment can only be made by credit card. I do not charge the card until I ship your order.
Nicoline Hansen uses an authorized payment server that encrypts any and all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

 

DELIVERY & REFUNDS

FASHION PRODUCTS

SHIPPING
All designs are shipped from Denmark. They are made to order and it can take up to 30 days for me to hand-craft your bespoke latex item.
Prices are:

Denmark: 40 DKK
EU: 10 €
The rest of the world: 40 €
I email you all relevant details as soon as I ship your package.

RETURNS – Standard Size

If for some reason you do not wish to keep your unworn purchase, and you ordered a standard size, you are welcome to return it within 30 days from the day you received it. Please write me an email if you decide to return your purchase and I will make all necessary arrangements.
You are entirely responsible for the product during the period it is in your care, and you are required to ensure that it is returned safely by trackable shipping paid by you. You can try on the product in the same way that you would in a physical store. If the product is damaged or visibly used or worn, I am not able to refund you in full.

RETURNS – Bespoke Size

If the product is made to your personal measurements, it is not possible to return it for any reason.
We may agree that the bespoke product requires further fitting or customization work, whether due to your requirements or due to any error or miscalculation on my part. It rarely happens, but I am absolutely dedicated to providing every customer with the best service possible and not least the latex design and garment of their dreams. Please send me an email and we will figure any issue out together.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you return a product to me because it is faulty or misdescribed, I will send you a new product or refund the price of the product in full, along with any applicable delivery charges you may have incurred.
You must notify me of any defect in the garment or fault with your order within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
All my designs and creations come with a 24-month warranty. You must notify me about any relevant issues within two months after you have discovered the defect.

ALLERGIES

All latex in my creations comply with international medical standards and should not cause any allergic reaction. However, residual proteins in natural latex may cause an allergic reaction in a very small number of people. If you are susceptible to allergies caused by latex, you are advised not to come into contact with this product.

 

VIDEO COURSES

You will have access to your course from the minute you buy it. You can log in to Your Courses to access your content. You will also receive an email immediately after purchase with the details of how to find your course.
THE 30 DAYS GUARANTEE

Your online course comes with a 30 day guarantee. Within this time, I am available to help you if anything might seem unclear or difficult to understand, and I will do my absolute best to make sure that my courses live up to your expectations. You give your best to learn the subject, and I give my best to deliver the knowledge you hope to gain from the course. If you are unsatisfied even after I have done my best to help you, you can ask for and receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

14 DAYS REFUND
If, for any reason, you have not started streaming the videos or downloaded any content that comes with the purchased course, you can get a full refund if you make a request within 14 days of purchase. Just send me an email on info@nicolinehansen.com

ACCESS
The course will be yours to access as long as the website, NicolineHansen.com exists. It comes with free upgrades as I receive customer feedback and/or learn of anything that can improve the course.
